Emma’s delicious, luxurious cakes are highly bespoke, offering a personalised taste experience for couples.  Below is an exclusive menu of fine tuned signature flavours, however experimentation with exciting new flavour combinations are very much welcomed.  Emma will work closely with you to create a wedding cake that tastes outstanding and which is completely tailored to you and your wedding day.

 
 

Emma Atelier Cakes’ elegant cakes comprise of four layers of delicious sponge combined with two layers of flavoured, light swiss meringue buttercream and a perfect complimenting layer of homemade preserve, curd, ganache or sauce.

My classic iced cakes are covered in a thin layer of luxury Belgian dark chocolate ganache underneath luxurious Couture fondant, resulting in flawless finish. My buttercream cakes are covered in a sturdy yet smooth American buttercream, made with organic butter, for an outstanding professional finish and delightful taste experience. 

The finest ingredients only are used by Emma: organic eggs, milk and butter, supreme sponge flour and couverture level chocolate.  A luxurious wedding cake by Emma Atelier Cakes is all about an exceptional flavour experience for all.

Deliciously fresh English Raspberry sponge with handcrafted Raspberry preserve and classic Madagascan Vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

AFTER DARK ESPRESSO AND WALNUT

Beautifully intense Espresso and real Chilean Walnut sponge with Espresso Caramel sauce and Espresso swiss meringue buttercream.

DECADENTLY VELVET CHOCOLATE

Rich organic cocoa sponge soaked in delicious chocolate sugar syrup, finished with an indulgent Chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and wonderfully smooth Belgian dark chocolate ganache.

PISTACHIO & ROSE PETAL ROMANCE

Real Pistachio sponge with organic handcrafted Rose Petal preserve and organic Rosewater and Pistachio swiss
meringue buttercream.

 

SWEET CARROT & SICILIAN ORANGE

Carrot & Sicilian Orange sponge with Sicilian Orange swiss meringue buttercream and delicious Orange curd.
