We only collect relevant and necessary information to enable us to complete the service we are commissioned for.

Your personal data is stored privately and safely in electronic form, is only viewed by Emma, the owner of Emma Atelier Cakes, and is never shared with any third party. Information we have for you is protected by passwords on a secure computer, which are only known to the business owner. If there is ever a breach of my online security Emma Atelier Cakes will make all efforts to regain the information and will notify you accordingly.

Emma Atelier Cakes reserves the right to photograph your cake(s) before delivery or at the venue for our own reference and updating the website and social media.

If you decide to place an order with Emma Atelier Cakes, we will take payment of a deposit as your acceptance of our privacy policy.
